Maintenance Engineer

Vivo Pakistan is looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer with Electrical Engineering background to ensure continuous operation and reliability of systems. Candidate must be a resident of Gujrat with excellent communication and customer handling skills. The role focuses on diagnosing electrical faults, preventive maintenance, and utilizing maintenance management systems to minimize downtime.

• Receive and repair mobile phones from customers/distributors and maintain strong follow-up communication.
• Study specialized materials and guidance documents regarding mobile phone repair and servicing.
• Satisfy customer demands for products and services; answer technical and professional queries.
• Assist manager/director to complete various tasks and improve overall performance.
• Give timely feedback on issues, track results, and cover for service consultant when needed.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the Director as required.
